Rebuilding My Devotional Life in Christ Jesus

John 11

Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?
(John 11:40 KJV)

RHEMA

One imperative thing that makes our walk with God fruitful is our faith in Him. Jesus once said to a man with a sick son, “ if you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes” Mark 9:23. The question Jesus asked Martha in chapter 11 of John makes it seem like our unbelief makes it impossible for God to do anything in our lives. Though God is omniscient, our belief in him opens the door or creates the opportunity for God’s glory to manifest in our lives. Jesus had to work on the faith of Lazarus’ sisters before resurrecting Lazarus. What are you battling within your family or education? If you can believe God today, you will see his glory. It doesn’t matter how long it takes, so long as you keep believing, you are a candidate to experience God’s glory.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, help my unbelief. Holy Spirit grant me the grace to keep believing in God regardless of what comes my way. I ask all this in Jesus’ name. Amen.
